Hands-on, execution-oriented engineering leader with deep experience building products, platforms, teams and operating systems across healthcare and enterprise technology. Healthcare has been a meaningful proving ground for this work, not a boundary on it. I am drawn to complex problem spaces—including applied AI, financial technology and digital assets—where focused teams can create useful products and measurable value. Selected impact

Healthcare platforms and interoperability

  • Directed FHIR platform rearchitecture and AWS HealthLake modernization across migration strategy, onboarding patterns, testing architecture and delivery governance.
  • Led the execution and implementation of Greenway Patient, a multi-tenant SaaS platform serving 10,000+ providers, 6 million patients and approximately 60,000 active users per day.

Applied AI engineering

  • Originated the AI Engineering Lab and reusable workflow-skills strategy for requirements, architecture, backlog analysis, code review, testing and release evidence.
  • Created the initial AI skills and delivery workflows that supported expansion into the broader AI SDLC Harness.

Teams, quality and delivery

  • Led a Tampa Developer Academy funnel of 700+ applicants to eight initial hires with 100% offer acceptance.
  • Built an Academy-based organization supporting two product teams, eight engineers and one quality specialist.
  • Implemented a maintenance and reliability operating system contributing to an 83% reduction in customer-reported defects.
