I work across strategy, architecture and delivery, turning uncertain requirements into products teams can ship and support. My experience spans healthcare and enterprise technology; my interests extend to financial technology and digital assets. As founder of TCV Labs, I’m building reusable tools for AI-assisted development. Across that work, I favor small experiments, clear decisions and measurable progress.

Building with AI

  • Founded TCV Labs and built a framework that keeps product requirements, technical designs and architectural decisions aligned during AI-assisted development.
  • Created reusable agent skills and handoff workflows to maintain continuity across development sessions.

Platforms at scale

  • Led implementation of Greenway Patient, serving 10,000+ providers, 6 million patients and approximately 60,000 daily active users.
  • Directed FHIR platform rearchitecture and AWS HealthLake modernization, including migration, testing and delivery strategy.

AI in engineering

  • Originated the AI Engineering Lab at Greenway Health and its strategy for reusable AI workflows across planning, code review, testing and releases.
  • Created the initial skills and workflows that supported expansion into the broader AI software delivery harness.

Teams and reliability

  • Led the Tampa Developer Academy hiring program: 700+ applicants, eight initial hires and 100% offer acceptance. Built an organization supporting two product teams.
  • Implemented maintenance and reliability practices that contributed to an 83% reduction in customer-reported defects.
